Originally introduced to the New Zealand market ten years ago when Reharvest® became the licensed manufacturer to produce a woodchip softfall surfacing to International Standards. Continual product development and testing now has Cushionfall® conforming to Standards BS7188, AS/NZS 4422:1996, ASTM F129, EN1177 and NZS5828:2004. With test results to 6.15m Cushionfall® has the highest impact test of any softfall surfacing in Australasia.
United States Testing Laboratories found Cushionfall® absorbs shock better than rubber mats 3.75 inches thick. The same laboratory found that Cushionfall® is 25% more shock absorbent after five years of use.
Quality assurance checks are made throughout the staged manufacturing process to ensure the highest quality surface is always available.
Preferred safety surfacing option by Councils, Schools and Kindergartens. The best by Test and ten years of Quality performance.
